Metamorph Group Limited, the fast growing consolidator, has acquired the Hampshire-based law firm, Knight Polson.
This latest Metamorph acquisition strengthens further the group’s office network, and increases the number of offices in Hampshire to five. After the recent deal for Beaumont Legal (in April), this new acquisition takes Metamorph Group to nine firms across England.
The deal takes the group’s underlying revenue to c£35m pa and the total number of staff in the group to over 630, with 110 based in Hampshire alone.
Knight Polson, previously part of the Quality Solicitors group, delivers legal services including Conveyancing, Criminal, Family, Litigation and Trusts & Estates to both private and commercial clients. Knight Polson will continue to trade locally as Knight Polson.
The Metamorph group now consists of nine law firms across England being:
- Multi-practice law firms across England which include Linder Myers in the north west, Terry Jones in the midlands and Verisona Law, Donnelly & Elliot, Parrott & Coales and now Knight Polson in the south
- Beaumont Legal and BPL Solicitors who provide conveyancing services nationwide
- SLC Solicitors which provides debt collection services and legal services to the property market.
